Company's 2009 Commercial Real Estate Brand Survey. Ranked #14 in 2007 and #11 last year,
this ascension to #10 in brand recognition is consistent with CORFAC's ranking
as a Top 5 Brokerage Network by CPN and a Top 10 Brokerage by Real Estate Forum. Demonstrating its increased visibility,
King Sturge made its first appearance on the list as a #25. The Lipsey survey results are due greatly

Alison Miller Named
Partner in Marsh Marketing
Gary Marsh, principal of San Anselmo-based Marsh Marketing, announced today that Alison Miller of XM Communications in New York has joined his real estate marketing consultancy as a partner. Operating in its 11th year and specializing in commercial and residential real estate marketing, public relations, design and web services, Ms. Miller is the first collaborating associate to be named partner in Marsh Marketing.

A.D. Phelps Inc, the managing partner of Merritt 7 Corporate Park in Norwalk, Connecticut has awarded Marsh Marketing the contract to rebuild its website by creating a more contemporary look, improving site navigation and adding search engine optimization to the site – all to maintain the business park’s competitive advantages in a challenging leasing market. Merritt 7 is 1.4 million square feet of Class A offices in six buildings and located in the heart of Fairfield County, approximately 45 miles from New York City.

Arbor Place Homes Sold
Out
Developer David Langon announced that the final home of his San Leandro infill community of detached homes has been sold, six months after Arbor Place Homes opened and in the teeth of the worst housing marketing in recent times. Marsh Marketing created all the marketing materials for Arbor Place Homes, including website, public relations, photography, collateral materials, advertising and Internet-based search marketing.
